The All-Star point guard reportedly met with Cleveland’s front office last week and couldn’t come to an agreement on the team’s future. Irving also told the team that he wants to go to a team that will make him the “focal point”. Irving averaged a career high 25 points per game last season.
After going to the finals the previous three seasons and winning a championship one has to wonder if there is more to this story? Not sure if this is legit but we will definitely be keeping a our ears to the streets on this one.
