Born and raised in Oakland, California, in 2008 Elite was introduced to the world as R&B Singer, Reality TV Star, Keyshia Cole’s baby sister on BET’s Hit Reality Show “Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is”. Noel went on to star in several more of her family’s BET’s reality series’ including: “Family First”, “All In”and “Frankie&Neffe Show” where she made her debut as a Recording Artist. In the final season of “Fankie&Neffe Show” her single “B.A.E” served as the show’s opening theme song. With the official 2017 release of “B.A.E”, the passionate raspy voice singer is finally ready to make her mark in R&B music.
