Who we are

Platinummics is a place for live music, artist interviews and replays — where the culture comes together. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

  • Your account: your email address and display name when you sign up, or the name and email shared by Google if you sign in with Google.
  • Artist pages: if you create an artist page, the name, bio, genre, city and photo link you add. Artist pages are public.
  • Shows: titles, descriptions and times of shows an artist schedules. These are public.
  • Chat messages: messages you send in a show's live chat, shown with your display name to other viewers.
  • Follows: the artists you follow. Follower counts are shown publicly on artist pages.

How we use it

  • To sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To show live streams, chat, replays and artist pages.
  • To let artists see how many people follow them.
  • To keep the community safe and respond to reports of misuse.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information.

Services that help run Platinummics

We use trusted service providers to host the app, store data and handle sign-in (including Google, if you choose to sign in with it). They only process your information to provide those services to us.

Your choices

  • You can edit your artist page or delete shows at any time from your Studio.
  • You can unfollow artists at any time.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account and information by contacting us below.

Children

Platinummics isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
